Shipping & Fulfillment Policy — The Blatant Timeline
Let’s set realistic expectations: Because every piece of apparel at Be Blatant is custom-made to order, your garment doesn’t start its journey on a shipping truck. It starts on a production line. Below is the honest, step-by-step breakdown of how your order moves from our screens to your doorstep.
1. Production & Processing Turnaround Time (TAT)
Once your order transaction is securely cleared, it immediately enters our localized printing, curing, and garment finishing pipelines.
- Standard Production Window: Please allow 3 to 5 working days for our team to individually print, quality-check, and cleanly pack your garments before they are handed over to our logistics partners.
- Working Days: Production operations run Monday through Friday. Orders finalised over weekend cycles or national holidays will enter our manufacturing systems on the consecutive operational business day.
2. Domestic Transit & Delivery Timelines
Once our tailoring and printing lines finalize your package, it is assigned a tracking ID and safely routed to our tier-1 shipping networks. The delivery timeline depends on the shipping mode selected at checkout:
- Air / Express Shipping: Typically takes 2 to 4 business days post-dispatch to arrive at major metropolitan areas and tier-1 cities.
- Surface / Standard Shipping: Typically takes 4 to 7 business days post-dispatch for regional deliveries and standard cross-country transit.
- Remote Locations: Deliveries servicing deeper regional pin codes or northeast sectors may occasionally take up to 10 to 12 business days depending on localized courier connectivity.
3. Real-Time Shipment Tracking
Transparency is key. The absolute moment your parcel is registered and scanned into our shipping partner’s local hub, an automated notification containing your live Tracking Link will fly straight to your registered email address and mobile number. You can monitor its path in real-time as it moves from our facility to your hands.
4. Address Inaccuracies & Delivery Failures (RTO)
Our courier partners will make up to three separate attempts to drop off your parcel. If a delivery completely fails due to an incomplete shipping address, an unanswered phone call from the delivery rider, or a closed storefront/premise, the item will be tagged as Return to Origin (RTO) and sent back to our central facility.
- Reshipping Fees: If an item is returned to us due to customer logging errors, you will be responsible for clearing the additional re-shipping and structural handling fees before we dispatch it a second time.
5. Multi-Item Shipping Packs
To preserve transit speeds, if you purchase multiple design drops within a single transaction, items that finish our quality-assurance check early may occasionally be shipped out ahead of the rest. Do not panic if your package arrives with one t-shirt missing—the remainder of your order is simply completing its custom curing process and will trail closely behind.
